Photo Collage Creator application does not remove the photo editor (filters, insert text into pictures, stickers stickers ...). However, since you can select multiple photos at once, retouching tool will not appear automatically. To open an image in the editor, first touching the image and find the Edit button in the upper left. Edit button shaped with a pen and paper.
