The game has 3 different modes: Campaign, Survival and VS. The campaign has boss battles and missions with different objectives attached to a plot. In some missions the player must destroy all the fighters of the enemy, and in others they have to maintain a minimum amount of damage. Just shoot down other aircraft may be repeated and the different mission objectives more variables to the game.

The biggest obstacle for  MetalStorm:  Aces, though, was the driver. It's very difficult to make accurate aircraft and as a result I spent a lot of time just flew in circles trying to line up a shot. In addition, the device tilts up or down making it difficult to see the screen simultaneously. While filming can be difficult, the game does not make it easy to identify the controller in the pause menu, and after some practice, I've gotten better at it.

MetalStorm: Aces  is a free game with in-app purchases. I feel that the price is reasonable and consider how much content and scalability built into the game, the developers game certainly deserves some money. I was able to buy some goods with existing cheaper to put in too much time, but in-app purchases will certainly accelerate.

MetalStorm: Aces  is a fully 3D game. While a lot of games but choose to go with 3D graphics just looked rough and subpar on iOS, the game looks good for detailed 3D models. High level of detail makes it easy to see the differences between the various aircraft and weapons.

MetalStorm: Aces  is an impressive game for its graphics, different game modes, and insane amount of customization. It can spend hours tweaking and modifying the planes and weapons, and then there are always the mission and two other game modes too. Considering it's free, I would definitely recommend anyone who is a fan of flight simulation to give this a try.
