With a network of over 70 countries, Booking.com offers customers a wide range of options from budget to luxury. All prices displayed on booking.com are "all-in", without any additional fees.

Advantages

Booking.com is one of the largest online hotel booking apps in the world
All hotels require no prepayment, no deposit. So you can easily cancel/change rooms/change dates close to your departure date
There is a referral program and get cash rewards after friends book through your referral link and do not cancel the room
The "all-in" room price is clearly displayed from the beginning (including all taxes, fees, ...)

Defect

Long answer customer support service, no support switchboard in Vietnamese
Because of non-prepayment and the way of cancellation is too simple, tourists often get canceled at the last minute during the holiday season. In addition, the affiliated hotel can "play bad" due to crowded guests: give worse rooms, cancel your pre-booked room to sell to other guests at a higher price, ask you to transfer the deposit.

Not only has the price cheaper than many other online hotel booking apps, Booking.com gives travelers the option of paying by card (prepaid) and also by cash (postpaid). The way to pay later by cash will be very suitable for travelers who do not have money available, are not sure about the travel schedule (can easily cancel their rooms for free), or travelers who reserve rooms in places where they can The possibility of visa failure is high such as Europe, Japan, America, etc.

With a policy of paying before or after check-in, no deposit is required, Booking.com is popular with many customers.
