Install software Lockdown 
Step 1: Open Cydia and go to Sessions 
Step 2 : In Sessions select System Lockdown and choose which applications to install. Step 3 : Once the installation is completed the machine will restart Springboard request. You choose to reboot to complete the installation process.

Use Lockdown 
Step 1: The first time you run the application you will have to fill Safety Word and Password. Notice choose how the two passwords are easy to remember. Password is the password used to open an application, Password Safety also help you recover the forgotten password. Step 2 : After completing 2 this password, Lockdown will let you choose which applications you want to lock. Select the application you do not want other people can freely open. You will see a lock icon next to the application is protected by a password as shown below. Step 3 : Open test an application is locked, you will be asked to enter the correct password before you can enter open it.
