In case you can not access from the link provided above, you can follow these steps to install PdaNet on your device:

First, access to Android Market, conduct searches by keyword "PdaNet". From the search results, tap the app is designed to June Fabrics Technology Inc. Press the Install button and proceed with the installation as illustrated below.

After completing the installation, activation application on Android. From the interface appears, click "Enable USB Tether" to enable connectivity on Android.
