To be able to turn your computer into a wireless hotspot, in Control Panel , select Uninstall a Program -> Turn Windows features on or off .

You search the Microsoft .Net Framework and items marked in Windows Communication Foundation (both HTTP and Non HTTP) Activation.

Then, in the Network and Sharing Center -> Change Adapter Settings , click Properties and select the tab Sharing , select the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection . Then, select your wireless card from the list.

Now, you run the application MHotSpot. and click Start to start sharing your Internet connection.

Now, your computer will become a WiFi hotspot, other computers can connect to the Internet through your WiFi hotspot.
