First you download this TCVN3 font on the computer at the link above , extract with winrar or 7 - zip , and then copy the entire font unzipped folder paste the path : C : WINDOWSFonts ( open folder Quick fonts by pressing the key combination + R then paste window following command in open bracket : C : wINDOWSFonts )

Note:

Once installed , must choose the type mode is TCVN3 on Vietkey or Unikey (right click on the icon and choose TCVN3 percussion )
